How the estimate works
Filler is placed along the shaft, so the same volume is spread over more length on a longer penis and gives a smaller gain. The estimator divides your chosen volume by the effective shaft length and adds that area to the cross-section of the penis. It is an estimate; the doctor measures you at consultation.
What one inch of girth means
A one-inch (2.5 cm) gain in circumference is roughly the difference between a D battery and a shaving-foam can, or about 20% for an average penis. Most patients reach that with 15 to 20 ml over two sessions. Beyond one inch, hyaluronic acid may feel softer when erect.

Most patients take 10 to 20 ml
Estimates are conservative and based on measurements of Androfill patients. Many achieve more girth than estimated and a few less. The amount of girth gained depends on the length of the penis and the amount injected: a shorter penis needs less filler, and therefore costs less.

Add girth cumulatively
We recommend testing your new girth with any long-term partner before opting for more. Further filler can be added at a follow-up as soon as two weeks later. Adding girth in manageable steps is safer and gives a more even result than an all-in-one-go approach, and recovery is short enough that a second visit is not a major inconvenience.
Frequently asked questions
How many ml do I need?
Most first-time patients have 10 to 15 ml. Use the estimator with your own erect length and girth: the same volume produces a larger percentage gain on a shorter penis.
Does more filler always give a better result?
No. Beyond a certain layer thickness the erection can feel softer and the chance of irregularity rises. That is why larger totals are built over more than one session and why we cap hyaluronic acid at about 20 ml or a 20% increase.
Can I add more later?
Yes. Filler can be topped up once the previous layer has settled, typically after two to four weeks, and again when it has partly reabsorbed after 12 to 24 months.
Does filler increase erect length?
No. Filler is for girth. It can add some flaccid length through weight and scaffolding of the shaft, but erect length does not change. See lengthening surgery for what does and does not work for length.
