Penis Fillers for Non-Surgical Penis Enlargement

It is possible to increase penis size significantly by purchasing a large amount of filler. However, maximum volume guidelines apply to hyaluronic acid fillers for two reasons.

Irreversible stretching of penile tissue. When tissue is significantly stretched for a long period, collagen and elastin fibres lose some ability to retract. Beyond roughly a 20% increase you are likely to be left with loose skin should you ever stop and return to your original size. Single procedures of more than 10 ml are discouraged, and patients are warned of this risk once the total exceeds 20 ml or a 20% increase.

Limits of hyaluronic acid to provide firmness. Too thick a layer of gel compresses under pressure and the erection can feel softer, sometimes called the "padded penis" effect. A softer HA may feel less firm with as little as 10 ml; a very firm HA can support about 20 ml and a one-inch gain in circumference before it is noticeable. These are the filler's rheological properties (Molliard et al., Plast Aesthet Res 2018;5:17).

In short: stay below 20 ml of hyaluronic acid to lower the risk of permanent stretching and to keep the erection firm.

Yes. Erection and urination function normally. The angle of erection may be lower because the penis is heavier, and it may hang slightly lower when soft. It will have more girth when soft and when hard.

Yes, your penis is instantly thicker, although early swelling contributes to the first appearance. The settled result is assessed at your follow-up. The filler slowly reabsorbs, usually over 12 to 24 months; eventually all of it is gone. A repeat treatment with about half the original volume typically maintains the result. New tissue growth is stimulated through neocollagenesis, but we do not guarantee any level of permanent gain. Very rarely, filler can reabsorb in a matter of months.

Packages range from 10 ml to 20 ml. Additional filler can be added, if desired, after two weeks. More is possible, but cumulatively, for the best result and highest safety. Ultimately the doctor determines the limit.

It is best to see a doctor experienced in penis enlargement. Unless the filler is placed in the correct layer the result will be poor, and a correct understanding of penile anatomy avoids damage.

For erect length, no. For flaccid length, yes: the weight of the filler causes it to hang lower. As with lengthening surgery, there is no increased length in the erect state. There is evidence that most women prefer girth over length: in a University of Texas study, 90% of partners preferred a wider penis (BMC Women's Health).

Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of skin that retains moisture and supports skin structure. It is not toxic; the body produces it, it has been used in facial fillers for many years and in osteoarthritis treatment, and it is sold as an oral supplement. The gel used in the penis is smooth and firm and integrates with surrounding tissue, taking on its warmth and feel.

Permanent results exist but the risks are higher. PMMA or silicone are injected in some countries without regulation. PMMA is a plastic-like polymer that does not belong in the body and is near impossible to remove surgically if there is a bad reaction. Hyaluronic acid, by comparison, can be dissolved with hyaluronidase.

Yes. The enzyme hyaluronidase dissolves the filler into water, which passes safely out of the body. This can be done at any time and is why hyaluronic acid is the safer approach. Dissolving is at the doctor's discretion and may be chargeable.

No stitches are required. Tiny holes are made by the needle or cannula to inject the filler, and they close on their own.

No. You fit squarely within the normal range of men. If you want a bigger penis you are in the majority: most men would enjoy a larger penis. Opting to increase penis girth is arguably more normal than investing significant time in body-building with steroids and supplements, spending excessively on luxuries for the ego, or going through life unsatisfied with an important aspect of your body and identity when there is a relatively easy solution.
